You'll need a Plusnet or other BT based landline to get our broadband.
Our landline phone service costs £12.99 a month or £9.49 monthly equivalent if you pay 12 months in advance (only available online), including evening and weekend calls.

Broadband speed: We'll give you the best download speed available on your line up to 16Mb if you live in a high speed area, dependent on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. Because of these factors your speed may be higher or lower than up to 16Mb. We'll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products. Find out why speeds vary.

Broadband with a 12-month contract: There's a £25 broadband activation charge, but we'll give you this free if you add one of our phone packages to your order. We'll also include a wireless router worth £40. (You'll just pay £4.99 P&P) If you leave within 12 months, you may be liable to pay charges relating to the set-up of your service and for hardware we have provided.
Broadband with no annual contract: There's a £25 activation charge (you'll pay this even if you add Home Phone to your order). You can use your own router if it's compatible or you can pay for one up front. Minimum term of 30 days.
Evening & weekend calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 made Monday-Friday 19:00-07:00 and anytime Saturday or Sunday. Calls must be started and finished within these times to be inclusive (non-chargeable).
Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged. Calls to indirect access numbers and dial up internet access are excluded.

If you are an existing customer then Fibre costs from £10 extra a month on top of your usual subscription charge.
